Lascassas RR & TT

As for my crash in the Cat4 race. I was riding up in the field on the right side. There was commotion in front of me (later found up two Juris riders crossed up) and I was headed for the ground. Mostly fell on top of the guys bike / half off the road. I was able to get up and on my bike to chase, but the field was too far out and the nice dollop of top soil in my knee wound led me to just pack it in. So it just the usual stuff, I have a nasty (looking) skinned knee, but should be no worse off for it. I felt good enough to do the TT and posted a time that I was happy with, so at least I know my legs still work...
